Our process begins with you. Whether you visit our Blossom Street studio in person or we connect virtually, the goal of our first meeting is simple: to understand your vision, your story, and the plans you have in mind for your wedding weekend. We will listen to your preferences, share our approach, and answer every question you have with openness and care. This time together ensures that when your day arrives, we are stepping in not just as photographers, but as trusted storytellers honoring what matters most to you.

It is always an honor when couples choose us to document their wedding day. To reserve your date, we ask for a signed contract and an initial payment (half of the total amount due, plus tax). Your final payment will be due two weeks prior to the wedding. 

Because we often have multiple inquiries for the same weekend, the earlier you secure your date, the better. Once your paperwork and initial payment are complete, we can officially begin our journey together, marking the start of something truly special.

Engagement portraits are an opportunity for us to get creative and learn more about one another before your wedding day. We are here to help you select a location that feels meaningful, whether that’s your family home, a beloved vacation property, a favorite park or restaurant, or our studio, which offers both indoor and outdoor settings. The result is not only a collection of timeless images, but also a shared experience that makes your wedding day feel effortless.

Bridal portraits are a beloved tradition, offering you the space to be fully present in your gown before the wedding day rush. Each of our packages includes at least one portrait session, typically scheduled on weekdays for flexibility. Whether at our studio or a private venue, this session celebrates you and creates stunning heirloom images to be treasured for generations.

Often overlooked, rehearsal dinners hold their own touch of magic. They give us the chance to photograph the people dearest to you in a more intimate setting, capturing laughter, toasts, and those unscripted moments of joy.

This time also allows us to better connect with your loved ones so that, come wedding day, every meaningful relationship is honored.

If you would like us to cover your rehearsal dinner, we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible so that we can thoughtfully plan for it.

Your wedding day unfolds in countless layers, with big celebrations and small, tender exchanges alike. To ensure nothing is missed, we collaborate closely with your planner and prepare a shot list with you ahead of time. Our role is to be attentive yet unobtrusive, capturing both the images you’ve always dreamed of and the ones you didn’t know you needed.

While you are away enjoying some peace and quiet, our team is carefully curating your images. Within a week, we will send you a Honeymoon Preview with select favorites that allow you to relive the beauty of your day and share it with those you love. It’s our way of keeping the celebration alive, even as the next chapter of your story begins.

10 - 12 weeks after your wedding, your full online gallery will be ready. Each image is refined with painstaking attention to detail, ready for you to download and share. Should you wish, our studio can guide you through creating custom prints or a keepsake album to preserve your story as a lasting heirloom.
